DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the turmeric root, cut into smaller pieces and add to the juicer
  2. Chop the carrots into smaller pieces and add it to the juicer

BITTER GOURD JUICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bitter melon
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 large celery stalks
  • 1 big or 2 small cucumber
  • 1 small lemon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop the bitter melon into smaller pieces, remove the seeds and the white part inside of the melon.
  2. Chop the celery and apples and core the apple. Do the same for the cucumber.
  3. Add everything into a juicer and juice.

Tip: if the juice taste too bitter, try to reduce the size of melon you add to it. You can also increase the amount of apples in your juice to sweeten it, but you need to be careful as apples have a high sugar content which is counterproductive to our goal – losing weight.

CUCUMBER LEMON JUICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large or 6 small sized cucumbers
  • ¼ fresh lemon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the cucumber into smaller pieces to make it fit nicely into your juicer.
  2. Add the lemon and the chopped cucumber into your juicer and juice.
  3. Refrigerate or add a few ice blocks to make it chilled.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 fresh amlas
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • Salt (to taste to your preference)

  1. Cut the amlas into pieces and remove the seeds

  3. Pour the juice into a glass and mix with the honey.
  4. Enjoy your healthy drink!

This healthy juice is better off being drink after an hour or two after you’ve heard your meal as it’s quite bitter which could ruin your appetite. Moreover, it’s a bit acidic, so it’s not advisable to take it on an empty stomach.

ULTIMATE GREEN DETOX JUICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 green apples
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • Kale (8 leaves)
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the cucumber, apples, Kale leaves, and celery stalks into smaller pieces to make it fit nicely into your juicer.
  2. Feed the chopped fruits to your juicer. Add lemon (peeled) and ginger to it.

TROPICAL CARROT APPLE JUICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large apple
  • 1/4  pineapple (medium-sized)
  • 2 big carrots

  1. Core the apple and chop it into smaller pieces. Do the same for the carrots, pineapple, and ginger.

  2. Wash the sweet potato and cut into smaller pieces
  3. Add it all into a juicer to process into a juice

  • 3 medium apples
